1. Before registering for the conference, if you do not have an account on Aconf, please create one first. (No need to create an account again if you have already submitted a paper.);
* If you have already registered an account on the Aconf platform, please log in directly with your original username and password. Do not register another account.
2. Log in using this account, select the registration type for participation, fill in the relevant information, review for accuracy, and submit the order (do not submit the same participation information repeatedly). Obtain the payment account details and proceed with the payment;
3. After completing the payment, please be sure to upload the payment proof ( Log in to the conference page → "Dashboard" → "My Order" → "upload proof" ) → Submit for review;
4. After the finance teacher approves it, the order status will change to "Paid." You will receive a confirmation SMS and email notification (please do not delete). Click the invoice application link inside to submit your billing information;
5. Confirm successful conference registration and payment (Log in to the conference page → "Dashboard" → "My Order" → "Paid"). An order status of "Paid" indicates successful registration and payment;
